1. CONCEPTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.2. Online shop (\"Shop\")<\/strong> \u2013 www.siulubangos.lt<\/a>, where the Seller offers to purchase goods and enter into electronic sales contracts.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.3. Buyer<\/strong> - an able-bodied natural person aged 18 or over, or a legal person or their duly authorised representative who is entitled to conclude contracts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.4. Individual order<\/strong> - Goods manufactured, assembled or prepared to the Buyer's specifications, including knitwear, special kits or other bespoke products, which cannot be recalled after the commencement of production (except as provided by law).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.5. Working day<\/strong> - Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, except official Lithuanian public holidays.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.6. Personal data<\/strong> - all data provided by the Customer necessary for the execution of the order (name, surname, contact details, address, payment details, etc.) are processed in accordance with GDPR (EU GDPR)<\/strong> and Shops Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.7. Contract<\/strong> - an electronic sales contract shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a basket, places an order and pays for it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.8. Third countries<\/strong> - service providers used by the Seller for the fulfilment of the order (e.g. courier services, payment intermediaries), for the purposes of data processing or marketing in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

2.1 These Terms and Conditions are a binding legal document setting out the Seller's and the Buyer's rights, duties, responsibilities, ordering, payment, delivery, returns and other aspects of the Purchase.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.2 By making a purchase in the Shop, the Buyer confirms that he\/she has read these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the Rules. The new version shall enter into force upon publication in the Shop. The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes when shopping after the changes have been made.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.4 Changes to the Rules shall not affect orders already placed and confirmed, which shall be governed by the version of the Rules in force at the time of the order.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.5 The Seller shall have the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Shop (e.g. for maintenance or upgrades) by informing the Buyers as far in advance as possible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.6 If, due to a system error or technical malfunction, incorrect prices or descriptions of the goods are displayed in the Shop, the Seller has the right to cancel the order by informing the Buyer and refunding the full amount paid.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.7 All contracts between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored electronically in the Seller's system.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.8 These rules apply to all orders, regardless of whether the Buyer is registering in the Shop or buying as a guest.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.9. The following shall apply to the sale and purchase relationship Law of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union<\/strong>, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and other applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

3. STOCKS AND RESERVATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

3.1 Adding items to the basket does not guarantee their reservation - items are reserved only upon receipt of payment.<\/p>\n
