General provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Returns shall be made in accordance with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania \u201eOn Approval of Retail Trade Rules\u201c;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2.The Buyer, having concluded a distance contract (having purchased the goods online), shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. The right of return does not apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>goods made to the Buyer's individual order or expressly tailored to the Buyer's specific needs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gift vouchers (not redeemable for cash, but can be used to purchase goods during their validity period).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4 The Seller shall ensure that all return procedures are carried out in compliance with applicable consumer protection requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conditions for the return of goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Returned goods must comply with the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods have not been used or damaged by the Buyer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the product is in good condition (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, no scratched or otherwise damaged packaging);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods are in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when returning the product, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or other form of proof of purchase).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 If the product was sold in a set (e.g. a set of several pieces, identical balls of thread, etc.), it must be returned complete. Individual parts of the set cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Returns are not possible if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods are made to the Buyer's individual order or are expressly tailored to the Buyer's needs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods have been used not only to check their condition, but also in actual use (e.g. starting to knit with yarn, using tools);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods are damaged due to the Buyer's actions or improper storage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not returning items that are not complete or not returning gifts that came with the purchase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gift vouchers are refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Any gifts or extras given during promotions or special offers must be returned with the main product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Returns procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 The Buyer wishing to return the goods must inform the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Notification of the refund must be made by email to: info@siulubangos.lt, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the returned item;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the reason for the return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The name and contact details of the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Upon receipt of the notification, the Seller shall acknowledge receipt and provide instructions for the return of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 Returned goods must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5 Goods must be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>via <strong>Omniva, LP Express and Venipak post offices<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by sending to: <strong>Vasario 16-osios g. 45, Garg\u017edai<\/strong>, <strong>96119<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a phone number: <strong>+370-671-88444<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Costs of returning goods and refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 If the Buyer returns a good quality product, all direct costs of returning the goods (shipping, packaging, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 In the event that the goods are returned due to faulty quality, non-conformity with the order or other errors of the Seller, all costs of return and replacement shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3 The Buyer shall be refunded only the amount actually paid for the goods, including any discounts or promotions applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4 Delivery costs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the Buyer returns the order in full, the Seller shall also refund the standard delivery costs (except for additional costs if the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Buyer returns only part of the order, delivery costs are not refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.5 The money shall be refunded to the Buyer no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller has the right to withhold refunds until the returned goods have actually been received and inspected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.6 Refunds shall be made by the same method of payment used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different method of refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Uncollected parcels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 If the Buyer fails to collect the Parcel from the post office, courier or other means of delivery within the time limit, the Parcel shall be returned to the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the Buyer wishes to have the same parcel re-sent, the Buyer must pay the additional delivery costs before the item is re-sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3 If the Buyer does not collect the shipment and does not request re-shipment, the Seller shall be entitled to treat the order as cancelled. In this case, the Buyer shall be refunded only the amount paid for the Goods, less the return costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Gifts and additional accessories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 If the Customer has been given a gift, an add-on or any other additional item in addition to the purchased item, it must be returned together with the main returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2 If the gift or accessory is not returned, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the value of the gift or accessory from the amount returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3 If the gift or accessory is used, damaged or has lost its merchantable appearance, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the main product for return or to reduce the amount of the refund proportionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Exceptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1 Goods may not be returned if they fall under the list of non-returnable goods set out in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>printed publications (books, magazines, newspapers);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hygiene products (e.g. underwear, socks, cosmetics or perfumes, if the packaging is damaged);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2 Goods made to the Buyer's individual order or expressly tailored to the Buyer's specific needs shall not be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3 Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash, but may be used for the purchase of goods during their validity period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.4 Advance orders may be non-refundable if expressly stated in the description of the goods or at the time of order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability and dispute resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any defects in the Goods caused by the Buyer's improper use, storage or transport of the Goods when the Goods have been returned improperly packed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2 In the event of damage to the goods caused by the fault of the delivery service, the liability for the damage shall be borne by the delivery service provider in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.3 These Rules shall form an integral part of the contract of sale and shall be binding on both parties from the moment of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
