This yarn has a medium thickness, a smooth, evenly strung weave, which makes it a pleasure to knit with, even for beginners, as the yarn does not fray, does not twist, and the stitches lie correctly. It is an excellent choice for both casual wear and children's products, as it is machine washable up to 40 degrees - a great advantage over many pure wool yarns that require manual care.
The recommended gauge is 3.00-3.5 mm, so the knits are light and have a nice drape, but are still warm enough. The 50g ball contains about 150 metres, so it is economical and suitable for both homogeneous knits and colour combinations.
