Cardiff Cammello Classic is a premium knitting yarn made from 100% pure Bactrian camel undercoat. The fine, lightweight fibre creates warm garments with a refined, natural look.

Camel wool comes from exceptionally fine, soft undercoat fibres with natural thermoregulating properties. Garments knitted from this yarn help maintain comfort in cooler weather, while the natural fibre structure gives exceptional softness. For sensitive skin or children’s knits, knit and wash a swatch before starting the project.

Knitwear care 

To keep camel-wool knits beautiful for longer, wash them only when needed and always follow the care instructions on the product label. Airing between wears can reduce the need for washing.

• Hand wash only in cool or lukewarm water at no more than 30°C.
• Do not machine wash unless the product label states otherwise.
• Use a detergent intended for wool.
• Dry flat, away from heat and direct sunlight.
