Rauma Garn ALPACA SILK – a brushed yarn made from baby alpaca, silk and extra-fine merino wool. This blend gives knits a soft, subtle halo, lightness, cosy warmth and an elegant appearance.
Use one strand, two strands or as a companion yarn
One strand creates thin, slightly sheer fabric for shawls and summer tops. Two strands give a fuller yet still lightweight fabric. ALPACA SILK also works well alongside another yarn when you want extra softness and a subtle halo in stockinette, textured or cable patterns.
