ChiaoGoo TWIST Shorties LARGE is a set of premium quality twisted cords specially designed for small diameter knitting projects. The LARGE set is an indispensable tool when knitting sleeves, hats or children's garments where larger cord sizes are required but the overall length is small.

Features and benefits:

• Precision and convenience: the 8 cm long stainless steel bobbins are pointed, making them ideal for intricate patterns such as openwork, braids or textured knits.
• Innovative SWIV360 lines: the lines in the set are made of multi-core steel coated with nylon. They have no „memory“ (no twisting or bending) and their joint rotates 360 degrees for maximum comfort.
• Flexible system: the included rollers allow the formation of 30 cm and 36 cm long round ropes, while special connectors allow multiple ropes to be combined into one long system.
• Thoughtful storage: the bright yellow case has marked compartments for cords and a handy zipped pocket for accessories. You can easily attach the case to your knitting bag.

Composition of the LARGE set:

• 4 pairs of TWIST Shorties (L thread): 5.50 mm, 6.00 mm, 6.50 mm and 8.00 mm.
• 3 SWIV360 ropes (L thread): 2 x 30 cm and 1 x 36 cm total rope length.
• Accessory kit: 2 stoppers, 2 tightening keys, 2 cylinder connectors and 6 eye markers.
• Exclusive detail: Red, heart-shaped rubber grip (for a better grip when tightening the strings).

General information for all ChiaoGoo interchangeable cords

TWIST and SPIN have the same thread size and are therefore compatible with each other. All bobbins and rollers are laser marked with the corresponding thread size:

M = MINI - suitable for cord sizes 1.50-2.50 mm (10 and 13 cm) and 1.50-3.25 mm (8 cm)

S = Small - suitable for cord sizes 2.75-5.00 mm (10 and 13 cm) and 3.50-5.00 mm (8 cm)

L = Large - suitable for cord sizes 5.50-10.00 mm (10 and 13 cm)

The MINI series is not compatible with S and L thread sizes, so all MINI shafts must be used with MINI shafts only.

Please note that the 10 cm and 13 cm MINI shafts are too long to be used with 5 cm, 13 cm or 15 cm MINI shafts. They can be extended using the MINI roller connector.

ChiaoGoo also offers adapters to connect MINI, S and L thread sizes to each other.

Exception:
ChiaoGoo MINI SHORTIES (1.50-3.25 mm) are only compatible with MINI thread products.
