What makes Drops PUNA different?
- Chemical-free naturalness: these yarns are not treated with any chemicals before dyeing (just washed). This preserves the natural structure of the wool, ensures a better shape and allows the fibres to „breathe“.
- Extra warmth: Alpaca wool is several times warmer than normal sheep's wool, but at the same time it is lighter and does not have a „biting“ sensation.
- Amazing texture: the yarn is twisted with 4 strands, so the surface of the knitted fabric looks smooth and the patterns (both braids and plain knitting) remain vivid and expressive.

Tip
Because this yarn is 100% alpaca wool and has no polyamide or other synthetic additives, it does not have the „memory“ (elasticity) of sheep's wool. Therefore, when knitting large, heavy items, choose a slightly denser knitting weight to prevent the garment from stretching from its weight.
