Longer cables for larger knitting projects
ChiaoGoo cable connectors join several cables with the same thread size to create a longer cable for larger knitting projects. The connectors are made from stainless steel.
Pack contains 2 connectors.
ChiaoGoo thread sizes
- M (MINI) – fits 1.5–2.5 mm needle tips (10 and 13 cm) and 1.5–3.25 mm tips (8 cm);
- S (Small) – fits 2.75–5.0 mm needle tips (10 and 13 cm) and 3.5–5.0 mm tips (8 cm);
- L (Large) – fits 5.5–10.0 mm needle tips (10 and 13 cm).
The connector must match the thread size of both cables being joined. MINI products are not directly compatible with S or L threads; the appropriate adapter is required to connect different thread sizes.
The 10 and 13 cm MINI interchangeable needle tips are too long for use with 5, 13 or 15 cm MINI cables. The cable can be extended with a MINI connector.
Exception: ChiaoGoo MINI SHORTIES 1.5–3.25 mm interchangeable needle tips are compatible only with MINI-thread products.
