Round wooden base (bottom) for a handbag/basket
A round wooden base makes it easier to start crocheting a bag or basket and helps the finished item keep its shape. Crochet around it with T-shirt yarn, cords or other yarns.
Available sizes
- 10 cm – for small boxes, candle holders or cup coasters;
- 15 cm – for medium-sized cosmetic bags or small baskets;
- 20 cm – for larger storage baskets, boxes or handbags.
Material: natural wood plywood.
Surface: the base is smoothly sanded. Check the edges and holes before starting; sand them lightly if necessary.
Attachment: laser-cut holes of equal diameter help you crochet evenly around the entire edge of the base.
The light natural wood colour pairs well with cords and yarns in many colours.
