DROPS Safran
DROPS Safran is a soft, durable yarn made from pure Egyptian cotton, valued for its long fibres, natural softness and longevity. These qualities have made Safran a popular choice among knitters and crocheters for many years.
The yarn is produced with a special twisting technique: many very fine strands are first twisted in pairs and then twisted together again. This construction adds strength and stability and helps reduce pilling, creating smooth, neat fabrics that retain their appearance through regular wear and washing.
DROPS Safran has a pleasantly smooth surface that shows simple and intricate patterns clearly, including lace, cables and textured motifs. The firmly spun strand supports precise knitting and crochet.
