Etrofil ANGORA LUX – lightweight angora with a delicate halo
Etrofil ANGORA LUX is a fine, lightweight yarn for elegant garments. It combines 45% angora with 55% polyamide: angora creates its characteristic airy halo, while polyamide supports the yarn’s structure.
The finished fabric is soft, light and comfortably warm without feeling heavy or coarse. A fine halo develops on the surface, creating an elegant, cloud-like appearance.
Etrofil ANGORA LUX is especially suitable for
- lightweight sweaters and cardigans;
- vests and long-sleeved tops;
- shawls and scarves;
- hats, gloves and wrist warmers;
- elegant lace knits;
- holding together with another yarn for extra softness and halo.
The yarn works beautifully in stockinette, lace and simple minimalist patterns where its texture becomes the main feature. Use it on its own or hold it with merino wool, alpaca, cotton or another smooth yarn.

Follow the care symbols on the product label. Angora naturally forms a soft halo, so handle the finished garment gently.
