How to care for Katia WOW RAFFIA projects
Because this yarn is made from viscose, it requires gentler care than ordinary textile items:
- Everyday care: clean with a damp cloth or a soft sponge.
- For heavier soiling: gently spot-clean by hand in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not soak or scrub vigorously.
- Drying: blot with a towel and dry flat. Place a towel inside a bag if needed to help it retain its original shape while drying.
- Avoid machine washing, tumble drying and bleach.
- Restoring the shape: follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. If you intend to use steam, test it on an inconspicuous area first and avoid direct contact with a hot iron.
